  • Well, this raises plenty of questions too: why was a jurist so determined to “dig up” evidence that the defence did not deem appropriate to provide, what exactly was it, is this an appropriate role for a jurist – what if, for example, she were equally as convinced he was guilty, despite the prosecution not leading sufficient evidence, and she went digging into the footnotes for something.

    No doubt, though, the lawyers cocked up a good amount.
